Provide direct, age-specific mental health care to psychiatric patients under the direction of an RN and LIP. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu and providing emotional support using therapeutic communication.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field such as counseling, psychology, or social work. CPR certification is required for continued employment, and experience with emotional and mental disorders is preferred.
