401(k) Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Overview: AIMS Locum Tenens is seeking a Clinical Psychologist trained in Child and Adolescent mental health to provide psychological evaluations, therapy, and consultative support at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) in Fort Bliss, Texas. The psychologist will be an integral part of the Department of Behavioral Health, helping to assess, diagnose, and treat psychological conditions in children and teens, and providing critical support to families and healthcare teams.
This is a personal services contract position, working closely under the supervision of military healthcare leadership. The role involves both clinical care and coordination with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive mental health support. General Duties:
PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
Graduate from an APA-accredited program.
Completion of an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship.
At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience with children/adolescents post-training within the last 2 years.
Basic Life Support (BLS); no DEA required.
U.S. Citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. Skills and Abilities:
Deep understanding of child/adolescent development and psychopathology. Skilled in psychological testing, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention. Proficient in using electronic medical records and documentation systems.
Monday–Friday, 0730–1630; up to 40 hours/week. No on-call or weekend shifts.
