Salary
$17 - $20 / HOUR
Provide compassionate one-on-one care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and emotional support for seniors. Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and monitor client conditions to ensure safety and well-being.
Candidates must hold an active CNA license or HHA certificate and pass a Level 2 background screening. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Provide companionship and genuine emotional support Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and daily living activities Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Prepare meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying Monitor client condition and report changes promptly Follow individualized care plans and infection control standards Provide transportation to appointments when assigned Document care accurately and clock in/out properly
Active CNA license or HHA certificate required Experience with seniors, home care, or dementia/memory care preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse Authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements
