Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Able to operate an Hoyer lift. Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote patient independence. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare team. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Support emotional and psychological well-being through compassionate interaction. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Current CNA and CMT certification in the state of Maryland. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to patient care. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Background check and drug screening required.
