• What will you be doing: We are looking for experienced, talented, and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time positions serving patients in the following areas: Braintree / Holbrook Milton / Quincy Hanover / Norwell In this role, you will work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• You will play a key role in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and communicating effectively with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Strong communication and clinical skills are essential for successful care coordination between the PT, PTA, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Pay Rate: $38 - $42 per hour, commensurate with experience

What we’re looking for in you

Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant License in good standing. 2+ years of PTA experience required. Prior homecare experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure Excellent organizational skills and time management skills. Ability to work independently and understanding of how to access resources for patients. Strong computer skills.
