Provide compassionate therapy services focusing on upper extremity exercises, mobility, and activities of daily living. Deliver comprehensive education to patients and families while maintaining accurate documentation and care plans.
Requires a current Florida Board of Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a COTA and one year of experience in Home Health.

Focus on upper extremity exercises, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Transfers and mobility Patient and caregiver education Deliver thorough and appropriate education to patients and families Complete documentation and review care plans using company software Qualifications· Current license with the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass AHCA Clearinghouse background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com) Current in-person CPR certification Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting patients/equipment Strong customer service, communication skills, and effective listening Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting patients/equipment Strong customer service, communication skills, and effective listening Efficient and timely with documentation Willingness to learn and grow Adaptable and team-oriented Experience Minimum 1 year of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) experience Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience Compensation Pay is commensurate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) experience, Home Health background, and documentation proficiency
