The LPN provides quality patient care under the supervision of leadership and the direction of RNs or Providers. Responsibilities include administering medications, changing dressings, and evaluating patient conditions to ensure holistic health needs are met.
Candidates must possess the technical ability to perform injections and dressings, along with strong fine motor skills and professional interpersonal communication. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, move, and stand, as well as the mental capacity to assess and evaluate patient data.
