Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis. FLSA Status ExemptJob Role Summary The Licensed Clinician performs a variety of individual, family and group therapeutic interventions, and is familiar with best practices for a variety of client populations. This position manages a caseload of clients by identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative and case management needs, engaging other team members in meeting these needs as indicated.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Completes biopsychosocial evaluation (BPSE), integrating information gathered by the team and developing the integrated diagnostic summary; based upon the BPSE and in consultation with the treatment team, prepares Clinical Treatment plans, dates the treatment plan at intervals determined by guidelines; consults with client, family and treatment team throughout the processManages a caseload of clients by identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative and case management needs; engages other team members in meeting these needs as indicated; provides quality case management services as indicated by client need; monitors client progress and reflects this in the clinical documentationPerforms a variety of individual, family and group therapeutic interventions, and is familiar with best practices for a variety of client populationsEvaluates and updates the treatment plan at intervals determined by guidelines, consulting with client family and team in this processAdvocates for clients to ensure access to needed services which include developing community relationships and resourcesMeets agency standards of timely completion of all documentationMeets agency standards of client service hoursIdentifies any high- risk client symptoms or circumstances that would result in risk for self-harm or harm to others and notifies appropriate higher level clinical staff for consultationContinuously evaluates clients' mental status, reporting progress to the team and treating psychiatristIdentifies community resources and assists clients in their access to these resourcesProactively organizes community groups and facilitates the development of community resources and advocates for clients with policy makersProvides indirect service to external agencies and community through consultation and educationInterprets and applies service and billing procedures according to client needs; completes billing according to guidelines for timeliness and accuracyAlters activities and behaviors to reflect and ensure adequate care which is appropriate to the age of the clients servedServes as a clinical resource for less experienced staffDemonstrates commitment to professional growth by actively participating in clinical supervisionJob Requirements Master's degree in Human Services and licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)Valid Indiana driver's license that meets Eskenazi Health's driving policy requirementsAll staff working with clients from the Department of Child Services will be required to be fingerprinted and have a criminal background check performed upon hire and periodically thereafterAll individuals working for the Opioid Treatment Program must have one of the following FSSA/DMHA-approved credentials for
