Assists the anatomic pathology lab by performing pre-analytic and post-analytic functions, including specimen accessioning and processing. Responsible for triaging specimens, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the secure handling of Protected Health Information.
Requires a high school equivalent or GED, with an associate's degree preferred. Previous medical laboratory experience or a strong science background is preferred, along with the ability to perform frequent heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
