Provides clinical and administrative support in a pediatric outpatient setting, including rooming patients and documenting in electronic medical records. Manages patient flow and front desk duties to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
Requires completion of a Medical Assistant program, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of clinical experience. Proficiency in basic patient care and computer skills is required, while CMA and BLS certifications are preferred.
