Weekender Registered Nurse (RN) Digestive & Pulmonary Health Acute Care Unit

• Weekender Position Individuals hired for a Weekender position are required to work two (2) 12-hour shifts between 7:00 PM Friday and 7:00 AM Monday.
• In return for this commitment, Weekenders will be compensated at 1.5 times their regular hourly rate for these shifts.
• Individuals in Weekender roles qualify for full-time medical and dental benefits, whereas eligibility for all other benefits is at part-time levels.
• About Lakeside 55 (Digestive & Pulmonary Health Acute Care Unit) Lakeside 55 is a 20 bed non-telemetry floor that has a primary focus of gastrointestinal and pulmonary health.
• The levels of experience on the division vary which make for a great learning environment as there are nurses and nursing assistants with twenty plus years of experience down to new graduates.

Position Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. Stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients. 1 year of

• Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of Diploma/Associate’s Degree in nursing from accredited program.

• Requirements: Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio.
