Interim HealthCare is seeking an exceptional LPN to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a medically complex pediatric client in her home. About your client

  • You'll be caring for a bright, engaging young girl who thrives with a team that supports her growth, comfort, and well-being. Her care needs include:
  • Developmental delays
  • Deafness
  • Non-verbal communication
  • G-tube feedings
  • Seizure monitoring and management

As part of her dedicated care team, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment while providing skilled nursing care tailored to her individual needs.

Schedule

Per Diem • Monday–Friday • 7

  • 00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No holiday requirement
  • What you'll do
  • Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home setting
  • Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan
  • Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately
  • Manage G-tube feedings and related care
  • Assess and document patient status and changes in condition
  • Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary care team
  • Support the client's comfort, safety, and quality of life

Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience within the past five years preferred
  • Home care or pediatric experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification required (renewal classes provided by Interim HealthCare)
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care

Requirements

Must hold an active LPN license in New Hampshire and a current CPR certification. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of nursing experience, specifically in home care or pediatrics.
