What You'll Do Deliver physical therapy treatments established by the supervising Physical Therapist. Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and safety. Reinforce home exercise programs and educate patients and caregivers. Monitor patient progress and communicate recommendations to the supervising PT. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. Complete timely and accurate documentation. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Passion for helping patients improve function and independence. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Home health experience is welcomed but not required—we'll help you succeed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Requirements

Must hold an active Minnesota Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Passion for patient independence and strong communication skills are required, while home health experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
