What You'll Do Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living and functional mobility. Reinforce therapeutic exercises, adaptive strategies, and home safety recommendations. Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and techniques that promote long-term success. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team. Maintain timely, accurate documentation. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license. Strong communication and patient education skills. Compassionate, self-motivated, and organized. Home health experience is welcomed but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. About Home Health Care, Inc.
