The Best Progress Happens Where Patients Live. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you know that real success isn't measured by what a patient can do in a therapy gym. It's measured by whether they can safely get dressed, prepare a meal, take a shower independently, or return to the routines that make life feel normal again. In home health, you'll help patients accomplish those goals in the place where they matter most—their own home. Why COTAs Choose Home Health Treat patients one-on-one without the pace of a busy rehabilitation setting. Build lasting relationships with patients and their families. Help patients improve independence in real-life environments. Enjoy greater flexibility and autonomy throughout your day. Work alongside experienced Occupational Therapists and an outstanding interdisciplinary team. Why Home Health Care, Inc. For more than 30 years, Home Health Care, Inc. has helped Minnesota families remain safe and independent at home while creating a workplace where clinicians can thrive.
  • We proudly offer: Competitive per-visit compensation. Free access to our MedBridge Education Hub for continuing education and professional development. Licensure reimbursement when it's time to renew. Annual scrub reimbursement. Mileage reimbursement between patient visits. Cell phone reimbursement for eligible clinicians. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) for eligible employees. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. Experienced Occupational Therapists and Clinical Managers committed to your success. A collaborative culture built around teamwork, communication, and exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, and upper extremity function. Reinforce home exercise programs and educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies. Recommend and educate patients on adaptive techniques and equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license. Passion for helping patients maximize independence and quality of life. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Home health experience is welcomed but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. About Home Health Care, Inc. Market context

Minnesota physical therapy roles stay selective

Minnesota allied-health employers often look for licensed physical therapists with solid clinical experience, so demand can be steady but competition is strongest for candidates who already meet state licensure and experience thresholds. These roles are competitive because employers value accredited training, a valid Minnesota Physical Therapy Board license, and hands-on practice in patient care settings. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save research time, then confirm your license status and highlight your full-time experience clearly before applying.
