About the role

Provide high-quality inpatient care to children aged 0-17 in a regional referral center. Manage a variety of medical diagnoses within a 22-bed pediatric unit including ICU and PPCU settings.

Seeking a full-time pediatric hospitalist to join our team in providing high-quality inpatient care to the community of central Minnesota.

  • Schedule
  • Full-time, 1.0 FTE
  • 13-hour shifts, including one-hour overlap for report
  • Rotating day/night scheduling
  • 7am-7:30pm, 7pm-7:30am

Pay and Benefits • Salary range

  • $225,000 - $250,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

  • Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

  • 7 Physicians, 4 APPs
  • Caring for children 0-17 years old with a variety of medical diagnoses
  • Pediatric Unit with a total of 22 beds - 4 ICU, 4 PPCU, 14 peds
  • PICU covered by Pediatric Critical Care Intensivist
  • Pediatric Sedation program, Dedicated child life specialists
  • Family Medicine resident & student teaching opportunities
