In this role, you will conduct comprehensive functional health assessments encompassing physical, psychological, cultural, and social factors.
Using your clinical expertise, you will identify patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate outcomes, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care that supports healing and recovery.
Schedule Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks Day/Evening shift rotation | 7am-3:30pm and 3-11:30 pm | Every other weekend (Friday-Sunday) | Rotating holidays St.
Cloud Hospital | On-site This position will work in both the Adult and Adolescent Mental Health Units as well as the EmPATH Unit
Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour Earn extra pay for working evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Graduate from a nursing program required; Bachelor's or Master's in nursing preferred. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire. Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required. Previous experience in mental health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric – Mental Health Certification preferred. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and on-going training required and provided.
