Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices for adolescents and their families. Manage individualized treatment plans, parent coaching, and ensure compliance with Maryland regulatory documentation.
Work with clients ages 12-28. Typical caseload is 4-6 clients. Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs. Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication. Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations. Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care. Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following: LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Associate/Provisional) LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed) Preferred Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP setting. Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities. Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families. Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills. Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments. Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
