The Partner Abuse Intervention Co-Facilitator plays a key role in delivering group-based interventions that provide structured support.
Through group facilitation, assessment, and orientation, you will help promote accountability, support safer relationships, and create safer outcomes for those involved.
Responsibilities and Duties: Duties include but are not limited to: Facilitate group sessions using a trauma-informed focused approach.
Maintain compliance with state and program guidelines.
Monitor and report participant progress in accordance with program requirements.
Complete required number of service hours per month.
Actively promote the program and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and community partners.
Crosspoint Human Services offers comprehensive on the job 40 hour domestic violence training and 20 hour Illinois certified PAIP training.
Job Requirements Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent life and/or professional experience.
Two years work experience in the areas of social work, trauma informed care, or domestic violence.
Knowledge of the dynamics of intimate partner violence and/or victim services.
Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings.
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
