Crosspoint Human Services is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist that will work directly with those we serve to provide therapeutic services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
From assessments and treatment planning, to facilitating therapeutic sessions, you will use evidence-based approaches to guide those we serve toward meaningful progress and lasting change.
Responsibilities and Duties: Duties include but are not limited to: Completing comprehensive assessments to guide individualized treatment recommendations.
Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation that meets all regulatory standards.
Providing individual, family, and/or group therapy grounded in evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach.
Actively participating in supervision, case consultations, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Monday through Friday. Job Requirements Requires a Master's degree in counseling or a related field. Requires more than one year of work experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in working with those we serve and colleagues. Proficient in therapeutic processes, treatment planning, and counseling methodologies.
