We provide home health, hospice, behavioral health, medical, and care management services across the state. We are committed to helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives while fostering a workplace where everyone belongs. What You'll Do Provide peer support and encouragement to individuals on their recovery journey. Help members identify and build natural support systems. Connect members with peer resources, advocacy groups, and community services. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support whole-person care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Current Maine Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS) certification, or ability to obtain provisional certification through CORE training and achieve full certification within 9 months. Must have lived experience with mental health recovery and be willing to self-identify in accordance with Maine SAMHS requirements. Strong communication, organizational, advocacy, and teamwork skills. Schedule & Location Full-Time, weekday schedule. Office and community-based work with occasional remote opportunities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Regular computer use, sitting, standing, walking, and occasional stair climbing. Why Andwell?
