About the role

Evaluate patients to develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to provide evidence-based interventions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

At our Little Rock outpatient orthopedic clinic, you'll work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, sports-related conditions, balance and dizziness concerns, and other musculoskeletal impairments.

You'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while delivering individualized treatment plans alongside a collaborative rehabilitation team.

Your Role: Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.

Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and balance-related impairments.

Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to support exceptional patient outcomes.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.

Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.

Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Current CPR certification.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experienced clinicians seeking professional growth are also welcome.

Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from a CAPTE-accredited program. Must hold or be eligible for an Arkansas Physical Therapy license and possess current CPR certification.
