Nurses are responsible for providing direct patient care according to organizational policies, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and recording patient condition updates. They also serve as primary coordinators for all disciplines involved in patient care and manage discharge planning needs.
Candidates must possess a Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a current multi-state compact license, along with a diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure. Required certifications include BLS within 30 days and Advanced Life Support within 180 days of hire.
