In this Surgical Tech role, you’ll support the surgical team from pre‑op setup through post‑op cleanup.
include preparing the sterile field, arranging and passing instruments, assisting with gowning and draping, maintaining instrument counts, anticipating instrument needs, and ensuring patient safety and aseptic technique in every case. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, scrub nurses, circulating nurses, and anesthesia teams to anticipate challenges, manage equipment, and help maintain operating room efficiency.
