The chaplain will provide religious and spiritual care and counsel to patients, families, and staff, attending to diverse spiritual orientations and cultures. This role also involves providing pastoral care to the local ministry through performing sacraments and collaborating in the delivery of holistic patient care.
A Master's Degree in Divinity, Theology, or a related field is required, along with Board Certification from an accredited body or the ability to obtain it within two years of hire. Three to five years of healthcare experience as a chaplain is preferred.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide sacraments and spiritual support to patients and staff. Work with clinical teams to integrate spiritual care into treatment plans. Mentor and guide students in clinical training programs.
Board Certification from the ACPE, APC, NACC, CASC, or the NAJC at time of hire or job transfer (or obtained within two years of hire or job transfer; risking termination if not obtained within timeframe) is required. For those not board certified at time of hire or job transfer, ecclesiastical endorsement is required.
What additional preferences we're seeking 3-5 years of healthcare experience preferred Monday - Friday, 8-4:30 p.m. participates in after hours regional on-call rotation for metro-Milwaukee area
