The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care, including medication administration, routine assessments, wound care, and monitoring chronic conditions for long-term care residents. Responsibilities also include documenting thoroughly in the EMR, supervising CNAs, and participating in care rounds and discharge planning.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care, starting on 02/05/2026 for several weeks with extension potential. The role requires skilled clinical practice, compassionate resident-centered care, and the ability to partner with an interdisciplinary team.
