Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Perform initial and ongoing assessments of the patient's condition and establish a plan of care involving the patient and family.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification are also required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Design and adapt goal-oriented care plans in partnership with patients and their families to ensure every milestone aligns with their personal recovery journey. Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments using evidence-based techniques to directly improve patient mobility, alleviate pain, and restore independence. Evaluate patient progress continuously to refine clinical approaches, ensuring that care remains effective and responsive to the patient's evolving needs. Lead and mentor therapy assistants and students to foster a collaborative environment dedicated to clinical excellence and high-quality patient outcomes.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Physical Therapist temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
