The pharmacist is responsible for reviewing medication orders for clinical appropriateness and accurately compounding sterile and non-sterile medications. They also provide expert pharmacotherapy information to providers and conduct patient consultations to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Candidates must hold a pharmacy degree and be credentialed by the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board. Hospital experience and ACLS certification are required, along with the ability to serve as a preceptor for students and residents.

Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
