In this Travel Occupational Therapist role, you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress across multiple care settings. You’ll address upper- and lower-extremity motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living, ergonomic adaptations, cognitive and perceptual processes, seating and positioning, and home modification strategies to maximize safety and independence. You’ll document clearly in electronic health records, communicate with families and caregivers, and coordinate with physicians, case managers, and therapy assistants to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home and to community-based services. This position fosters professional growth within the OT specialty through exposure to varied case mixes, collaborative care planning, and opportunities to advance toward advanced certifications or specialty practice areas.
