The role involves leading compassionate, evidence-based nursing care by aligning practice with high standards to ensure safe and effective patient treatment. Responsibilities include driving personalized care plans, coordinating the multidisciplinary team as the patient advocate, managing discharge planning, and maintaining precise clinical documentation.
Minimum requirements include obtaining Advanced Life Support certification within 180 days and BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, along with current Registered Nurse credentialing from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Candidates must also possess a diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or hold the required professional licensure at the time of hire.

Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
