The LPN will monitor residents, administer medications, perform routine assessments, support wound care and mobility programs, and assist with daily living activities in a Long-Term Care setting. Responsibilities also include contributing to care planning, documentation, early detection of changes, clear communication with the care team, and responding to emergencies with competence.
Candidates must be a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for long-term care and a curiosity for new settings. The role requires applying LPN skills to ensure safe, comfortable, and dignified living for residents while partnering with RNs and therapists.

In Long‑Term Care, you’ll monitor residents, administer medications, perform routine assessments, support wound care and mobility programs, assist with feeding and daily living activities, and contribute to care planning and documentation. You’ll detect changes early, communicate clearly with the care team, and respond to emergencies with calm, competence, and compassion. The role offers growth within geriatrics, including mentorship, continuing education, and exposure to dementia care, palliative principles, and rehabilitation supports.
