The Physician will provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients aged 2 and older on an intermittent basis. Key duties include assisting patients with chronic disease management through individual interventions and education, prescribing appropriate treatments, and providing virtual care when appropriate.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school and have completed a residency program in the United States. Required qualifications include a current state medical license, Board Certification (or eligibility with commitment to certify), and a DEA license for prescribing medications.
