Our Physical Therapists practice in a 1 patient per hour model with no double booking, allowing you to provide thoughtful, personalized care and build meaningful relationships with patients. We also build dedicated administrative time into the schedule (1 hour per 8-hour shift) so therapists can complete documentation and care coordination without taking work home. This is a full-time, on-site role in Charlottesville, VA, with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Our model allows you to focus on patient outcomes, prevention, and education while building strong patient relationships. We welcome new graduates and offer a structured mentorship program to support early-career therapists .
