You’ll work closely with PTs, PTAs, physicians, and case managers to ensure seamless patient care, timely documentation, and clear communication with families and caregivers. You’ll tailor treatment plans to each patient’s goals, whether that’s regaining independence after a total knee replacement, improving gait for daily activities, or rebuilding strength after an injury.
