How you’ll make an impact in this role Performs scrub duties, including the handling of instruments and supplies used in complex cardiovascular surgeries. Executes circulating nurse functions, which involve monitoring, documenting, and communicating the patient's condition, as well as overseeing the total nursing care during cardiovascular procedures. Assists operating physicians and anesthesia providers with the placement and maintenance of lines and with intubation during cardiovascular procedures. Prepares the cardiovascular operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
