Therapists are responsible for delivering direct clinical services to clients, which includes individual, group, and family psychotherapy, case management, and workshops. They must function effectively as part of a Treatment Team and communicate clinical services to team members and external agencies.
Candidates must meet the requirements to qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) by holding specific graduate or licensed bachelor's degrees in relevant fields like Psychology, Social Work, or Nursing. A valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US are also required, along with maintaining MHACBO QMHP Certification if unlicensed.

Therapist I annual salary is $60-$70K depending on experience. Therapist II-IV salaries are at higher pay grades, and are obtained with more than three years of experience. Additionally, 5% increase to wage calculation for Therapists who are licensed in the State of Oregon.
KBBH Therapists are responsible for the delivery of direct clinical services to clients. Direct clinical services may include individual, group, and family psychotherapy, case management services, parent training workshops, parent support groups, or other clinical responsibilities as assigned. This individual functions as a member of a Treatment Team and must be able to effectively communicate clinical services to other members of the team, to other social services agencies, and monitoring bodies.
Valid driver’s license. Authorization to work in the United States. If the employee is an unlicensed therapist or is not actively in the licensing process, employee must meet the requirements to become MHACBO QMHP Certified and maintain certification. This must be maintained for the length of employment.
