Psychiatry APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) – Coldwater

Full Time | Day Shift

Insight is seeking a Psychiatry Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at our Coldwater Hospital (274 E Chicago St, Coldwater, MI 49036). This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient and hospital-based care while serving the needs of the local community.

• What You’ll Do
• Deliver patient-centered care in clinic and hospital settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Provide direction for the clinic concerning patient care activities
• Participate in the development, execution, and annual review of written policies and procedures.
• Participate in review of health records, QI projects, and attend department/committee meetings.
• Prescribe and manage medications, treatments, and minor procedures.
• Collaborate with specialists.
• Document encounters thoroughly and accurately.

• What We’re Looking For
• MS in PA studies or MSN in Psychiatry, DNP preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.
