The Optometrist will provide preventive and therapeutic optometry services, including routine refraction, muscle balance testing, and comprehensive eye examinations for health center patients. This role also involves participation in the Performance Improvement program and maintaining clinical documentation using electronic health records.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Optometry school, Board Certified, and licensed to practice Optometry in the State of Missouri. Effective clinical and communication skills, along with reliable transportation, are also required.
Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 11 paid holidays per year. Full benefits package. Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
