The role involves providing direct nursing care according to established organizational policies and procedures, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans. Responsibilities also include monitoring and communicating patient conditions, coordinating care across disciplines, executing physician and nursing orders, and assessing patient discharge planning needs.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing prior to the hire date and obtain BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, with Advanced Life Support being preferred. A minimum requirement is a diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at the time of hire.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
