General Surgeon

We are seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon to join a growing Elective and Acute General Surgery program in Arkansas. The ideal candidate is experienced in a wide range of general surgery procedures and is interested in contributing to program growth and long-term success.

Position Details

Practice Type: General Surgery Trauma: None Be part of a 2-surgeon full-time team Supported opportunity to build a thriving elective practice Work only 3 weeks per month Elective GS clinic and scheduled cases on weekdays Cover ER call for 2 weeks monthly Supported by our mid-level providers (NP’s or PA’s)

Key Responsibilities Perform a full range of elective general surgery procedures Upper and lower endoscopy privileges are available, but not required Participate in the growth and development of the elective surgery program Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery Active Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain) Current General Surgery operative experience required Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
