The Occupational Therapist provides direct therapeutic interventions to patients of all ages to restore or maintain their well-being and functional independence. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and documenting clinical progress in accordance with agency policies.
Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapy license and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required, with one year of experience and HomeCare HomeBase familiarity preferred.
