The RN administers complex patient care in a surgical oncology stepdown unit, monitoring specialized equipment and interpreting vital signs. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and act as a patient advocate.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience and hold a current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate license. BLS certification is required, with additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS, or TNCC required for specific areas.
