The Registered Nurse will implement and monitor comprehensive care plans to ensure superior patient outcomes while coordinating care across multiple disciplines. They will also interpret medical orders and collaborate with the team to facilitate safe and effective discharge transitions.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing and possess a diploma from an accredited nursing program. Additionally, a BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required within 30 days of hire.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
