The Orthopedic Surgeon will provide expert surgical care, conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient documentation and participating in community outreach initiatives.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and have completed an orthopedic surgery residency program. Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery is required, along with strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Provide expert orthopedic surgical care to patients Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery Participate in continuous education and training programs Engage in community outreach and patient education initiatives Document all patient interactions and surgical procedures accurately Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an orthopedic surgery residency program Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Commitment to professional development and continuing education
Schedule: 5 days per week
1:6-1:7 general orthopedic call rotation
Setting: Clinic and OR
Case Mix: General orthopedic, hand, and wrist
Team Structure: 5-7 MDs, 12 APPs
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + RVUs
