Provide nursing care to patients within the Palm Beach area as part of a Medicare Home Health Agency. Perform OASIS assessments and adhere to home care policies and procedures.
Must hold an active Florida State RN License and have at least 3 years of RN experience. Mandatory experience with OASIS assessments is required.
