The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing home health services to patients within the Palm Beach (Boca-Lake Worth) area for a Medicare Home Health Agency. A critical function of this role involves performing OASIS E1 Assessments.
Candidates must possess an active Florida State RN License and have a minimum of three years of experience working as an RN, with homecare experience being highly advantageous. Essential clinical requirements include proven experience with OASIS Assessments.
