This role involves providing full-time home health nursing services to patients within the Palm Beach (Boca-Lake Worth) area as a Registered Nurse for a Medicare Home Health Agency. A critical responsibility is possessing and utilizing experience with OASIS E1 Assessments.
Candidates must hold an active Florida State RN License and have a minimum of three years of experience as an RN, with homecare experience being highly advantageous. Essential clinical requirements include proven experience with OASIS Assessments.
