Provide home-based physical therapy services including evaluations, assessments, and treatments. Deliver patient-oriented care within a Medicare Home Health Agency framework.
Requires a Florida State PT License, CPR Certification, and Malpractice Insurance. Candidates must have at least 3 years of general PT experience and 1 year specifically in Home Health.
