Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting to restore and improve physical function and mobility. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and track individualized treatment plans.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a B.S., Masters, or DPT. An active Ohio Physical Therapist license is required.
