Organize and administer prescribed speech therapy programs to reduce disability and help patients achieve maximum functional potential. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, recording progress, and educating families on home programs.
Requires a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and a Connecticut license or eligibility. CPR certification is required, and one year of experience is preferred.
As the Speech Language Pathologist, under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Supervisor in Home Care and Director for In-patient Rehabilitation Services, you will be a vital member of a dynamic team responsible for organizing and administering prescribed speech therapy programs in an effort to reduce and/or prevent disability to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential.
